1. Membership Period
Membership runs for the season as published by the club. Pro-rata rates may be available for members joining mid-season at the committee's discretion.
2. Fees & Payment
Abu Dhabi Harlequins is a grass roots, not-for-profit club run by volunteers. All fees go directly towards the cost of running the club. Membership fees are due at the time of registration and may be subject to a payment plan at the committee's discretion.
3. Refunds
Membership fees are generally non-refundable. Refund requests for extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the committee. See our Refund Policy for full details.
4. Code of Conduct
All members, parents and guardians agree to uphold the club's Code of Conduct and the RCC Code of Conduct. The club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for serious breaches.
5. Participation & Risk
Rugby is a physical contact sport. Members (and parents/guardians of junior players) acknowledge the inherent risks and confirm that participants are medically fit to take part. Appropriate medical cover and first-aid are provided in line with UAERF requirements.
6. Medical Information
Members are responsible for providing accurate medical information and emergency contact details, and for keeping these up to date for player safety.
7. Photography & Media
Photography and video of junior players requires parental consent. Images may be used for official club purposes in line with our image consent and Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to These Terms
The club may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
